Office to multi-family conversion with historic tax credit renovation. Converted into 14 high end apartments averaging 638 SF with multiple large windows in each unit due to originally being constructed as a residential building and later converted to an office. Three of the 3rd floor units have French doors that open onto iron balconies that complement the historic 1920’s Spanish Revival façade which were restored during the renovation.
