Bingo Beer Co. at 2900 W. Broad Street involved the adaptive reuse of a former, long-vacant bingo hall into a dynamic hospitality destination in Scott’s Addition. UrbanCore transformed approximately 12,000 square feet and added rear open seating, delivering a high-energy space designed for dining, gathering, and entertainment while bringing new life to a prominent stretch of the Broad Street corridor.
