Ukrop’s Market Hall transformed a 50-year-old, 6,164-square-foot church at 7250 Patterson Avenue into a vibrant market hall through a complex adaptive reuse project. UrbanCore converted the former choir loft into a modern mezzanine, added an elevator, exposed the original steel trusses, and coordinated the refrigeration needs for 37 pieces of equipment, delivering a polished, high-functioning hospitality space.
