2-4 East Broad Street involved the historic renovation of a long-vacant, three-story building in Richmond’s Arts District into a mixed-use property with 14 apartments and ground-floor commercial space. UrbanCore led the adaptive reuse of the roughly 17,000-square-foot structure, transforming an underutilized corner into a revitalized residential and retail destination while preserving the character and scale of the original building.
